FHA / VA Condominium Approvals for New Condo Constructions and Conversions

Service: Coordination and submission of the required exhibits to get FHA approval for the conversion or new construction of a condominium project. Initial submission to cover the first declared phase(s) of the project.
Fee: $3,000

FHA Condominium Approvals for Subsequent Phases

Service: Coordination of the required exhibits to acquire subsequent approval of subsequent phases of an FHA-approved project submitted by Project Support Services.
Fee: $500

FHA / VA Condominium Approvals for Established Condominiums

Service: Coordination and submission of the required exhibits to get FHA approval for an established condominium.
Fee: $1,000

FHA Condominium Recertification

Service: Coordination and submission of projects previously approved by FHA, due to expire, or have expired.
Fee: $1,000
